Q1: What is the MOQ of order?

A1:Usually, MOQ need to be 100pcs/design/color

Q2:Can you accept small order? The order quantity can be lower than 100 pcs?

A2:Yes, we can accept small order .But the price need to be increased. Bigger quantity, lower price

Q3:Can you accept customer’s design ?

 A3:Yes,we are factory, we can make design as customer’s request.

Q4:Can you provide custom label / logo ?

 A4:Yes,we can.

Q5:If the sample price can be returned when I order large quantity?

A5: Yes , once you make big order, we will return the sample price.

Q6:What’s the order process?

A6:  Customer send detailed order requirement→sample payment is confirmed received→send fabric to customer for confirm→making sample→deposit of order is confirm received→make PP sample→start mass production according pp sample→follow production and feed back production condition to customer→receive balance→dispatch goods→after-sales services

Q7:How can you ensure quality?

A7:We have QC team to check every process of production. During ironing, before package, we will check every piece carefully. Moreover, sales will do spot check. If customer agree to pay for third party, we accept their inspect.
