New technology for VRLA battery:
1.Normal we uses intercell connector welding,using more metal material.
BPC each cell uses piercing welding,which shortens lead and decreases material,battery has lighter weight.

2.High percentage Tin 1.5% (Pb-Ca) alloy to resist corrison and improve electrical conductivity.

3.Full-automatic assembly line welding to make sure battery uniformity with trustworthy

quality,improve production efficiency and deduct labor cost.

4.Each day production capacity is 1800 pieces 12v100ah of three containers.
Mass production line enables fastest production time 15 days.

5.Automatic hot-sealing technology instead of traditional epoxy sealing.
It can reduce weight of epoxy and shows good appearance of battery.

6.Lighter battery is easy for delivery and removing.For container load of 12v100ah,it can load extra 10% BPC battery to save 10% freight.
