The W908-A1000 is a high-grade wireless AC specifically designed for carriers to operate wireless broadband services. The AC can be conveniently deployed in any existing layer-2 or layer-3 network together with the coordinated AP. This AC + AP networking mode transfers the dense wireless network and security processing functions to the wireless AC and the AP only serves as the device to transmit and receive wireless data. This mode dramatically simplifies the management and configuration functions of the AP.
