Motion Control System
	The PCIMC control card is designed by Weihong technology company of Shanghai, specialized for NC STUDIO Motion Control System. The card will be inserted into the PCI card slot of the computer, and the operation of the CNC engraver is controled by the control card. We have PCIMC-3D/6B/ 6A etc. for optional
Driving Motor
	The Driving Motor is the executive component of the automatic control system, it works with the simple push of a button. The motor we use for our CNC engraver can be steping motor/ Servo motor, and the brand is optional. AC Servo motor is more popular for its advantages on performance and accuracy, but more costly. The brand can be Schneider/ Yaskawa etc. With different prices.
Frequency Converter
	The frequency converter is an equipment to control the AC motor by adjusting the frequency of the motor power. So it can offer actual voltage to the motor as per the practical need of motor, to make sure of energy conservation and speed regulation. Besides, the converter can protect the motor from over current, over voltage, overloaded, etc. Each spindle motor is connected with a independent frequency converter, it's more safe and stable.
Main Spindle
	There are two kinds of spindle: Water cooling and Air cooling spindles. And with different power options: 1.5KW/ 2.2KW/ 3.0KW/ 4.5KW/5.5KW/6KW/7.5KW etc. The output voltage and frequency can be adjusted timely by a frequency converter. Advantage: work with high frequency, stable, low noise, fast heat dissipation, and long operating life.
Guide rail and sliding block
	We use Linear square guide rails offered by HIWIN of Taiwan. The coefficient of rolling friction is small and positioning accuracy is much higher than sliding friction. The accuracy can be at μm level. It can work with high speed and low power dissipation, and can easily be assembled and replaced.
Dual screw-nut anti-gap rod
	The ball screw is an element to change the movements of the bearing from sliding to rolling. There are many roll balls between the screw shaft and the screw nut, and the balls rolling fast when the machine working. For the coefficient of rolling friction is smaller, the positioning accuracy is much higher.
