Air conditioner bracket is used for holding the air conditioner , it has three different lengths arm  and another panel is fixed both arms as triangle shape so that hold the air conditioner well , three arm are fixed in bolts and nuts and the long arm is fixed on the wall .

all material must be checked according to the requirements of products before put them onto the machines to ensure material is available .

 

(2) IPQC ( by handle and auto-machined control )

The semi-finished products must be checked in special tools during production , this ensure products are always under control .

 

(3) Chemical elements analysis and fhysical testing after post treatment

The most metal products need post treatment after finished proudct, all products will be tested after than to make sure the quality of products are meet the related requirement .

 

(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;

All goods were finished , they must to be tested and checked before package ; In this phase , goods will be checked in full inspection or partial inspection . and checking methods can be by handle or auto-machines .

 

(5) Packing

Packed in polybags and cartons or in small color bags .

 

(6) Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )

When all goods are ready , we will make a final inspection for quantity and package’s status .

 

(7) Delivery
