Peel rive t is just a derivative of  blind rivet  steel mandrel and aluminum flour  head,Sizes from 2.4 to 6.4 and different lengths are meeted Blue zinc

 

Peel Rivet is comprised of two components , a rivet body and mandrel , the rivet is first placed into an installation tool , and is then inserted into the application or vice versa , activating the tool pulls the rivets mandrel drawing the mandrel head into the blind end of the rivet body . This action forms an upset head on the rivet body and securely clamps the application materials together .

 

The mandrel reahes its predetemined break load , with the spent portion of the mandrel breaking away and being removed from the set rivet , fast and easy to use blind rivet offer speed of assembly , consistent mechanical performance and excellent installed appearance , making blind riveting a relable and econmoical assembly method .

1. Select rivets in right diameter and material per mechanics and compatibiltiy of fastened material .

 

2. Select rivets length based on thinkness of fastened material .

Quality control

 

 

(1) Checking material before feed in

all material must be checked according to the requirements of products before put them onto the machines to ensure material is available .

 

(2) IPQC ( by handle and auto-machined control )

The semi-finished products must be checked in special tools during production , this ensure products are always under control .

 

(3) Chemical elements analysis and fhysical testing after post treatment

The most metal products need post treatment after finished proudct, all products will be tested after than to make sure the quality of products are meet the related requirement .

 

(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;

All goods were finished , they must to be tested and checked before package ; In this phase , goods will be checked in full inspection or partial inspection . and checking methods can be by handle or auto-machines .

 

(5) Packing

Packed in polybags and cartons or in small color bags .

 

(6) Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )

When all goods are ready , we will make a final inspection for quantity and package’s status .

 

(7) Delivery

Everything is ready , we will deliver goods to appointed place or port according talking
