Q: Can you supply the exact color i need ?

A: We can not guarantee 100% exact same color with the color you need, due to the color it's natural or dyed by manual work, so the final item color may have a bit difference with the color you need.

Q: Does the fur shed ?

It is normal that the real fur will have floating hair, because it’s real fur just like human hair will

Floating, especially new fur will have more floating hair, these floating hair are caused during the productions, please shake and pat the item, after you use it for several days the floating hair will shed.

Q: What is your delivery time ?

A: Natural color we need 3-5 days make the item, and dyed color within 15 days we can send the item out.

Q: How many days I can receive my order

A: Normally, it takes 7-15 working days by e-packet/E-MS. If you need fast shipping, you can choose EMS, DHL,TNT,etc.

Q: Do I have to pay for custom duty ?

A: We always declare the item at a low value to avoid the tax. But some countries customs officer is very strict. we don't accountable any customs fee, Please check your customs policy
