This Chair in bright glossy finish is available in various beautiful colours.

The chairs are fully powder coated using a mixed epoxy-polyester thermosetting paint.
The Xavier Pauchard Chair is an essential component to any home, restaurant, hotel or commercial premises.
This chair is inspired by the designs of Xavier Pauchard and not to be confused with those which are manufactured and sold by Tolix.

 

Designer:

Xavier Pauchard 1880 - 1948

Xavier Pauchard (French) was born in 1880 in Saint-Leger-sous-Beuvray and died in 1948 in Autun. He was a craftsman boilermaker. 
Later he founded the furniture brand Tolix.

He created the workshop "X Pauchard" in 1905 and in 1930 he registered the trademark "Tolix". 
Under this brand he designs a range of pressed metal furniture, including the famous "A chair" a robust and stackable, became an culture object.
The "A chair" is amended by Jean Pauchard, the son of Xavier, in 1956 and became the "armchair A56.
