Washing:
Please use a dry cloth when clean part of the product(scrub when necessary),use neutral
detergent to focus on the stains cleaning and then dry it.
1:Pour the warm water into the pool
2:Pour into the neutral detergent
3:Put the plush toy in the water and rub gently
4:Use warm water to clean it after
5:Adjust the prototype of the plush toy
6: Exposure under the sunshine
7:Comb the wool once again
In order to avoid the tailor and the rupture of cloth and eye part fall off, please avoid to use the washing machine or dryer.
It can be usually exposured under the sunshine to keep the flexibility.
Regarding the hair loss problem:
If you found the goods is in hair loss after you received,Please don't worry. In fact,Plush toy is not hair loss.Because new products will have some floating hairs and fiberfill.
You just get it a few pat and Shake, the floating hair will be gone.
Regarding the size problem:
All goods are physical measurements, soft plush toys itself having a certain error(
about three centimeters). All goods are direct volume, each toy contains its legs, ears,
tail, measured as the total length.
Regarding the packing problem:
Because the toy volume is big. So all our packaging is done with professional plush vacuator to package to protect the produce when it was shipping.
Please dont be angry once you receive the produce which is smaller than the described, or a
little fold. Because this is nornal phenomenon. Please shake it a few minutes after open, or
under the sunshine half an hour. it will immediately cover!
