 A: Yes, All of our items are made by real fur, real fur just like human hair it will be shed ,but not hardly.

Q: Does the final item color will be 100% exactly the same with the pictures?

A: Due to the color is natural or dyed by manual work, so the final item color may have a bit difference with the

picture.

Q: How to choose size?

 A: If your real bust size is 88 cm, we suggest you choose size M, by that analogy.

Q: There is no right size and color for me, can you make custom size and color ?

Q: How long can you finish the coat ?

 A: Natural color within 5 days, dyed color about 10 days .

Q: How long can I receive it?

 A: E-Packet,E-EMS about 7-14 working days, EMS about 7 days, DHL,TNT about 4 working days.

Q: Do I have to pay for custom duty ?
