Range of use: Rapid easy card making. No lamination. Only printing, plastic filmed and card punching. Especially suitable for the small batch silver PVC cards manufacture. 

 

 

Use method: 1, Print the picture text and mirror image onto one transparent sheet (0.24x200x300mm, called "printing sheet"), and then dry after 5-10 minutes.     

 

         2, Tear off the protection films of the silver rigid sheet (0.28x200x300mm called "middle sheet"). Separately attach the printing sides onto the silver rigid sheet and plastic-film  the 3-layer sheets (120°C ~160°C).

 

             3, Cut and punch into the card. Peal off the protection film on the card surface.
