Strengths of TL210H performance

The complete machine, with high speed and large traction, can tow a 20 ~ 30T flatbed trailer to transport large machineries. The engine is 175kW of higher working performance.

Four-wheel first-grade integrated torque converter and double-idler pulley system are adopted for drive system to expand the high efficiency area of torque converter. Large absorption of power can provide large traction torque and improve work efficiency and fuel economy of bulldozer.

Bulldozer drive axle, by using military technologies, is provided with strong bearing capacity; the bracing structure for rear axle is of integral type with reliable quality.

Machine frame is a kind of single-sheet beam structure and the room for maintenance of the engine is enlarged. The link joints of front and rear machine frame are arranged in a proportion of 1:1 to ensure flexible steering and good mobility.

The closed streamlined cab provides wide eyeshot. In addition, the working device now is controlled through pilot mono-lever rather than connecting rod like before, which is more convenient. Air conditioner, stereo system and suspension seat etc. are equipped as well, so as to create a comfortable and safe operating environment.

Solenoid valve group is adopted to control the movement of scraper knife, which can achieve several movements of the scraper knife, such as forward lean and side lean. Full hydraulic steering has convenient and flexible drivability as well as good performance of straight driving.
