HDI PCB ( High Density Interconnects PCB board) is with high wiring density printed circuit boards (PCB) which to meet the high requirement of size and weight, usually used in the field of wireless, telecom, military, medical, semiconductor and instrumentation. HDI PCB is made by build-up way. The more the laminate, the higher technology required. Normal HDI PCB is 1 + N +1. Advanced HDI PCB is 2 + N +2, 3 + N +3 and so on with stacked hole, filled hole plating, PCB laser drilling and other advanced technologies.HDI PCB is supported by Agile Circuit together with some other circuit boards with special technology.
