Procedure:

1. First of all,laying the height scale on the flat floor,then,pulling out the scale to the scale mark "0",and aligning the red "0 level" of the scale window.

2.According to the place noted in the drawing,sticking the dead plate to the wall with supplied screws.

3.Pulling the rule towards the top of the head of the person,and pulling down the measuring plate to the top of the person's head.Thus the height can be measured.
