1) Before signing Contracts: will give some suggestions and provide detailed product information

2) After signing contracts and before shipping : Will advise processing updated status, Provide Packing photos, Inspection report, Inform in advice shipping schedule (ETD & ETA)

3) Onced the container is loaded: Sending loading photos, Shipping Advice and shipping documents

4) Shipping: will track on website and inform our clients a few days earlier that the container will arrive soon, pls prepare to clear customs 

5) After clients received the goods: asking them their comments on the quality, how is it sells, Anything we could help, advise them more items for selection, etc..

6) We will also tell our clients the season time for each product and suggest them to order during season time.

What is your MOQ?

Our products are Frozen Foods, it could only be shipped by 20' and 40' reefer container. So our MOQ is one 20' container. But in this 20' container, you could mix several products together
