Can you do design for me? 
We can make simple design,  if the printing is just logo + words or sentence, then we can make design for clients. 

Can you supply me samples?

Yes, but clients have to pay for sample charge before we making sample.

What color can i use ?
CMYK or RGB both is ok.
What about the lead time for mass production? 
It depends on your quantity,  for example,  1000pcs is 10days,  10000pcs is 15days.
Sample time:  5days.
