Applications:

 

SKPJ16-102 Automatic parallel paper core winding machine could make thermocouple paper tubes in metallurgy industry and it could also make paper tubes which is used in packing industry to pack precise instrument and also in cloth pack and pencils.

 

Paper Core Winding Machine Features:

1, Forming tube's electric motor is adopted Japan's Panasonnic servo motor.

2, The paper tube machine is used German Original Siemens' PLC control.

3, The outter circle of the paper tube is adopted paper grinding system to make sealing the outter circle of the paper tube become easier.

4, The outter circle of the paper tube is adopted automatically water spraying system to make seal the outter circle of the paper tube easy.

5, The machine is adopted Tai wan's Delta inverter.

6, The forming paper tube 's spindle's head and tail's inner diameters are same size.

7, The machine is used electric motor to raising the Jumbo roll.
