What Methods of Payment Are Acceptable?

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): we accept 40% T/T deposit before production and 60% T/T Balance before shipment. 100% payment for sample orders.

How About the Delivery Time?

Some of the products are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time depends on your requirement on the product. 

Warranty:

The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, and problems or defaults happen on the hard parts of our machinery ,the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to the buyer site for repairing and maintenance at the seller’s cost(free).But if the defaults are aroused by defaulted operations, or the buyer need the technical assistance for processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost.
