Heat Resistant Rubber Conveyor Belt for Mine/Ore Industry

(1)Heat-resistant conveyor belt selects Cotton canvas or EP canvas as skeleton material;

(2)Suitable for conveying hot materials like powders or clump materials at high temperature;
(3)Used for conveying sintered ores, cokes, soda ash, chemical fertilizer, slag and foundry;
(4)Rubber compound used in the cover has been designed to avoid premature aging due to contact with any source of heat
Heat-resistant: T1≤100°C, T2≤120 °C ,CT3≤150°C.
(5)High temperature resistant: T≤200°C
(6)Flame retardant: 200≤T≤600°C
(7)Cover thicknesses:Top: 1.5 to 12mm Bottom: 1.5 to 10mm
(8)Tension strength: 10 to 24Mpa
