Our Geared Motors are manufactured with output ranging from 0.16 HP to 30 HP capacity & output RPM ranging from 15 RPM to 400 RPM.  Units available in standard as well as 'Custom Built' in Horizontal foot & flange mounted type construction.  Low RPM geared motors are also offered on request.

All parts / components are thoroughly inspected during & after manufacturing process.  Quality grade materials procurement sturdiness, rigid enclosed & oil tight construction of  housing to withstand with the application in the working & for easy maintenance.

3.0Introduction of  Gearbox   foot mounted

• Anti friction Bearings like Ball/Cylindrical/Taper roller bearings are used to take care of radial & thrust loads
• Electric Motor with 3 phase-AC-TEFC-415 V-50 Hz-Class F insulation-C Flange with standard shaft extensions is provided
• Gear Housing end covers are designed with Cast Iron grade FG 200
• Gear cases are machined on latest CNC machines for optimum accuracy
• Non-standard Voltages, Frequencies and Insulation & Ambient are attached
• Lubrication of Gears & Bearings is foolproof, being achieved by splash of oil
• Oil fill cum Breather plug, Oil Drain Plug & Oil level Indicator are so placed that they are interchangeable depending on mounting
