Production & Testing

Process Flows: cutting-welding-polishing-phosphating-sand blasting or galvanizing-spraying-baking
1. After welding of raw material, we will clean the rust and oil in order to make the surface of the tube have more strong adhere when powder coating.
2. In normal time, we will do powder coating 2 times, one is mainly on the surface of the welding point, another is the surface of the whole machine.
3. Powder coating materials added ultraviolet light stabilizer, ensure keep long and bright color.
4. Electrostatic powder spraying can ensure the post be used for a long time in the bad environment; and even when the surface coating are destroyed, our products can also maintain higher oxidation resistance, not rust cavitation phenomenon.
