Application fields

1. Lathe industry

Numerical control lathe is the first industry field we enter. Maxsine EP100 series AC Servo Drives has taken up very large market share in this field. It becomes the standard that using Permanent Brushless Servo Motor instead of step motor in the numerical control machine. Part of high-end products begin to be equipped with Permanent Magnet Linear Servo System. And it becomes a hot spot that adopting high speed Permanent Magnet AC Servo System to replace Asynchronous Frequency Inverter Drive in the main shaft transmission in order to improve efficiency and speed.  

2. Textile industry

Textile industry is an important industry field in which AC Servo System is applied widely. At present, there are many industrial equipments adopting AC Servo System such as high-grade carding machine, drawing frame which could self-regulate and level uniformly, new roving machine, CNC spinning frame, section warper, slasher, and roller printing machine etc.

3. Printing and packaging industry

Equipping Servo Control System in packing equipment could increase the unit yield, improve the utilization rate of resources, increase the variety adaptability and improve the quality of products. Also, in the printing industry, flexographic press has become the main power widely used in all kinds of environmental printing and packaging industry like labels, wrapping paper, paper bags, paper box, paper cups of food, medical, books and cosmetic industries. This equipment adopts servo single shaft driving control technology and the closed loop tension control to keep printing tension stability, setting accurately, and operating conveniently, which could fully meet all kinds of printing occasions need.   

4. Robot industry

 In robot field, Brushless Permanent Magnet Servo System has been put into practice widely. Industrial robot have multiple degrees of freedom so that each industrial robot needs more than 10 sets Servo Motors. International industrial robot adopts special Servo System, which asks higher reliability requirements including uniting multi-axis in one, modularizing, special heat dissipation structure, and special control modes etc.

5. Mechanical spring machine industry

Mechanical spring manufacturing is a high precision manufacturing process, so it has higher requirement to the electrical servo system of spring manufacturing mechanical. Our EP3 Series AC Servo System has successfully applied to the mechanical spring machines. It greatly simplifies the debugging process of parameters and ensures smooth running of the equipment.  

6. Paper making industry

Micro Servo System was firstly applied to the inspection field of military and robot industry in 1990s. Nowadays, it becomes to develop from circuit board printing and rolling technology to paper processing field. For promoting the precision, quality and yield of paper processing field to a new level, it is destined that this adaptable design Micro Servo System would replace the pneumatic actuators.

1) Installation/disassembly components coupled to the motor shaft end ,do not hit shaft hard to prevent the other side

    of motor shaft encoder was knocked out bad.
