-Before first use, wash pan in warm, soapy water with sponge or dishcloth.
After drying, condition ceramic interior by wiping with cooking oil.
-When cooking, use low to moderate heat. High heat is not necessary and may damage the pan.
-Cooking highly acidic or salty foods may damage the ceramic coating.
-Use only utensils designed for use with ceramic cookware (metal utensils
may scratch surface).
-Never use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads.
-Do not pour cold water into hot pan.
(4),TO CLEAN: Simply wash in warm, sudsy water and rinse thoroughly.
