1.How do I install the treadmill?

All products whole main frame and body have been installed in the factory , after receive the goods your side only need to tighten the screws according to the instructions for simple installation s. Girls can also be easily installed it! 

 2. What need to pay attention to while tighten the screws? ?

It is recommended to install all the screws into the screw holes first, then individually tightened. If one of the them get screwed too tight, it may result to other screws not easily go in then cause the installation failed.
