Product Description                                                                

Open cell ceiling, composed of many ordered cells with smooth ventilative effect has high demensional effect. The grille lamp and tube light can be easily installed in the ceiling. Main keel and auxiliary connect with each other in perpendicular angle with features of Stability, Light Weight. There are only 7 components: main keel, auxiliary keel, hanging part, hanging bar(pole), nuts, explosive bolt and wall angle. Packing and transportation are both efficient and simple.

JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.

We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.2mm, width maximum length 1480mm.
