Characteristic:

1,The roller adopt Taper-shape to make both ends line-speed consistent to die-inner and die outer,so it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies,so that the resistance is reduced,accordingly the energy consumption reduced,die lifetime is enlarged.This is significant difference between the similar compression formation machinery.

 

2,This series models adopt the structure of big body and broad groove.Wood sawdust,stalk requires bigger pressure,so the pressed roller is the heart of the press machine.Compared to other congeneric machines,Tape Roller has his own advatage of enlarging the pressed roller.
