2. Introduction of wood pellet machine :

1. It can process the feedstuff for animals, such as feed for fish, chicken, etc.

2. it also can make the waste biomass material into wood pellets to be used as fuels, for example sawdust, wood chips, etc.

3. Raw material required of wood pellet machine:

1. Wood waste, scobs,branch, palm tree, sugarcane residue, sawdust, medical slag, hay, discarded edible fungus bags.
2. Bean stalk, wheat stalk, corn stalk, cotton stalks, sunflower stalks, mustard stalk, rice stalks, coffee husk, cotton shell, peanut shell, rice shell, coconut shell.
3. Livestock and poultry's waste, tea waste, forestry wastes,wood chips and many other organic waste resources.

 

4. Raw material moisture content of wood pellet machine:

Because of different kinds of raw materials, the requirements to the moisture are different.

Usually we require sawdust moisture content 10%-18% while mix the materials evenly.

 

5. Working principle of wood pellet machine :

1. The raw material is put into the hopper and dropt to the pelletizing area by its own weight.

2. Under the continuous pressure of the rollers and die, material will be made into pellet naturelly.

 

6. Particle size/ How to choose suitable model:

The length of the material cannot exceed the diameter of the die hole.

For example, if the diameter of the die hole was 6mm, the length of the material could not be longer than 6mm.

Please ensure the right size of raw material, or else, they will easily damage the machine.
