flat die wood pellet machine description:

The wood pellet machine here we are introducing is our flat die type wood pellet machine. The technology of this type wood pellet machie was adopted from Germany. After lots of improvement in the passed years, now they are our patent producs which has lots of advantages for making biomass pellets.

For our SKG3- Series wood pellet machine, they have 3 rollers and one flat die inside of the pellet machine. The reduction frition between them make their lifetime longer than normal pellet machine.

Our SKJ Series flat die wood pellet machine has CE, SGS etc certificates which is widely acceptabel in Europe, America, Asia and so on areas all over the world.

Our wood pellet machine can be used for making wood chips, sawdust, rice husk, papers, stalk, straw, plstic, peanut shell and so on materials into biomass pellets. Besides this, they can also make fertilizer pellets and animal feed pellets.

The diameter of the pellets made by our wood pellet machine can be 2-15mm. Bigger models of our pellet machine can also be used or making briquettes, the max dimeter of briquettes is 30mm.
