This machine is reducer type biomass sawdust fuel flat die pellet machine, is a kind of pellet machine, main use of vertical pressure will material particles. Biomass is fed into flat die machine feeding room, material are left on the flat die, spindle rotation, drive the mold pressing wheel continuously rolled material layer; Squeezing material into the die, material force hitches in die molding process, type, cylindrical state being squeezed out after some time, material cutting knife will cut and form particles. Raw materials will be sent out.

Machine warranty:

Mold, pressure roller, bearing no less than 800 hours, motor, deceleration machine whole one year warranty (except artificial damaged), shell, shell under warranty for three years, other parts warranty for one year (except wearing parts).
