Description about the pellet mill

 

Straw and stalk fuel (namely biomass fuel) make full use of solid wastes, such as maize, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shell, maize padding, cotton stalk, soybean stalk, grass, tree branch and leaves, saw dust, bark, etc. to produce solid rod shape granule fuel through crushing, pressing and forming.

 

 

The requirements of the raw material

 

If your raw material is straw,wood-dust,bamboo powder, peanuts shell,clover, etc. you can make the pellets as fuel.

 

If your raw material is corn, soybean peanut Sheller,corn stalk and other biomass materials, you can make the pellets to feed the animals.

 

But the diameter of raw material should be smaller than 3-5mm, if not, you will need a crusher machine.And the moisture content of raw material shoud be between 8-12%, if not ,you will need cooler to cool your raw material .
