Anping Xinxiang Galvanized  1*1*1m Gabion Box

 

Raw material of the gabion box is high quality low carbon iron wire, whose tensile strength is not less than 38kg/m², diameter 2.0mm-4.0mm. Galvanized quantity decided by customer. Maximum quantity is 300g/m².

1. Function of the hot-dipped galvanized gabion box

1) Control and guide rivers or floods.

2) Control the water flow and keep the water from running away

3) Protect river bank and riverbed while building a channel

 

2. Advantages of the gabion box:

1) When a 1m width gabion box mesh is stretched. Single wire’s stress is 3500-4000kg.  Flexible structure adapts to side slope’s change and will not be destroyed. It’s more stable than rigid structure. Even when one single wire breakages, whole body will not be destroyed.

2) Max. flow velocity it can bear is 6m/s. Strong anti-scouring ability.

3) Compressive strength: 300-400N/m², tensile strength: 495N/m² plus

4) Good water permeability. Suspended Solids in the water and sludge will precipitate In the swallet. Thus plant can grow to maintain and recover ecological balance.
