Our workshop covers more than 8000 square meters, and our technical personnel are professional and hardworking. We can accept big orders and can help you save cost. The followings are a part of production equipment and shop of our company.

1. How can i place an order?

You can contact any of our sales person for an order. Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with Skype, or other instant ways, in case of any delays.

2. When can I get the price?

Usually we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Free for a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, as long as you afford the express freight. For printed samples, we will charge $30-$100 to cover the cost on film&printing.

4. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

AI, PDF,PSD, CDR forms.

5. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in  hangtag  design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products.

6. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you DHL express and arrive in 3-5 days.

7. What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Alway 7-15days based on more 10000pcs.

8. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept FOB, CIF,  etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or costeffective for you.
