Q: 3. Which payments are acceptable?
      A: PayPal,Western Union, T/T all are acceptable.

Q: 4. Which shipping methods are available?
      A: Yes, Fedex, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, BY ARI(door to door) all are available.

Q: 5. How about the lead time and delivery time of my order?
      A: Yes, Lead time is 3-10 working days according the detail order; Delivery time is 3-7 working days.

Q: 6. How to order ?
      A: Pls contact us online or send us email, we will send you PI, once receiving your payment, we will send out goods soon and tell you the tracking number.

Q: 7. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?

      A: 1) send us the logo files, once receiving your payment(large order 30%), we will arrange to design the logo;

           2) after received your confirmation of the logo, we will do sample and send it to you check;

           3) if you confirm the sample is ok, we will produce the mass;

           4) once ready, pls pay the rest payment and we will send out goods and tell you the tracking number;

 Q: 8. What is the guarantee of our products and how about the returns? 

      A: 1) Half a year warranty, low-value consumption goods is not within the scope of the warranty;
           2) Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human;
           3) Pls send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repaire them or send you new free;

           4) If there are only several pcs accessoires(the fee is less or around shipping fee) are damaged, pls send us some pictures and video about the detail problem. Once confirmed the problem, we will send you free new goods instead with your next order.
