1) About the color of the item.

The plating color can as your wish to make it.But different client has different name to the color. You can contact us directly, we will send you pictures to confirm the color.

2) About the size of the item.

The size would be totally same to the picture. If you want this shape in different size, we can customized for you. But need to open a new mould.

3) About the MOQ.

Generally the MOQ would be 500pcs for each item. But can also according to your situation to adjust.

4) About the customized logo item.

You can pick out one type of our product, then show us your logo.Then we can discuss how to customized.

1) Q:Can the products be engraved the custom logo on them?

    A:Yes, we can engrave your customized logo on it, but we need to make a new mould. The mould making time would be 8 days or so.

 2) Q:How would you do if you do not have our size?

    A:We can customized size as your wish.

 3) Q:Do you have any quality guarantee?

    A:We have the SGS guarantee.

 4) Q:Can we get some samples to test the quality before order?

    A:Yes, we can send some free samples to you before an order.But you need to pay the freight  cost.
