Accumulator Series Brief Introduction:

1) This series is applicable for PE/PP/PS/PC raw material ,and capacity between 10L and 50L.It is widely used in plastic barrel,tool boxes,hollow desk board,chairs,auto parts and medium-sized plastic hollow products.

2) Adopts two pull-rod type closing-mold device by rack and pinion system.The large setting platen is suitable for various sizes of molds.

3) Adopts accumulator die head,with high quality nitrogen treament and hardness of surface,resulting smooth flow and quick parison ejection.

4) Based on products,equip with 30points or 100points standard parison controller,to control the thicknedd of parison precisely.

Die-head

The die head is made by stainless steel S136H or high quality alloyed steel 38CrMoAIA with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.

Clapming system

Double tie rod hydraulic clamping, the structure is compact, effective mold size increase 25%.

Blowing System

The movements of blowing platen in vertical level for blowing pin up and down and horizontal level for parison stretch are drive by hydraulic motor.

1,Instruction for Installation and Debugging:

Before delivery, TONVA takes responsiblity for debugging of machine, in order to make sure provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.

TONVA also take responsiblity to have debugging overseas, and clients aborad please first send invitation,then provide our engineer with round-trip tickets,accommodation,vehicle and USD80 per day for salary.

2,User Training:

Before delivery,TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand machines' features and could operate the machine by themselves.

3,Warranty Period:

The waranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
