Q1: What is the Warranty for the rat traps?

A1:  For the rat trap,we have 3 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

A2: Power supplied by 4 "D" cell batteries or 6V DC adaptor. with ON/OFF switch.

Q3:How can I find whether there is rat in the traps?

A3:  Flashing indicator light and alarm signals will be activated when have a catch.

Q4: How can I clean the traps when there is rat in the traps?

A4:  The two parts design allows the trap to be cleaned safely and easily. When the upper and lower part are separated, the circuit will OFF automatically.

Q5: Where should I set this traps?

A5:  When the device is placed on some high places, such as the ceilings or high wall corners, the extension cord with a LED light can be used. and the LED light will flash quickly as a signal when the rats are electrocuted.
