Production Flow

The LED Tattoo Drawing Tracing Light Box is manufactured in our dust-free workshop. The procedure is like this:

1. Japan Mitsubishi acrylit sheet used as LGP, with laser engraved dots technology;

2. Cutting and printing the front panel, silver or black edge for option, can be printed into customized color;

3. Using our own mould 2835 LED strip, about 99pcs light per meter, each pc 0.1W;

4. Welding LED strip and control switch;

5. Assembling in the dust-free workshop;

6. Cleaning and testing.

We provide neutral packaging and OEM color carton packaging available for certain qty of the order. We can also add your logo on the light pad tracing light box. Each pc packaged with plastic bag and foam corners in one inner box, then certain pcs in one carton.

1) FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT for sample order, Door-to-Door;

2) By Air for by Sea for mass production, for FCL; Airport/Port receiving;

3) We can ship by your freight forwarder agency or we quote to you the shipping cost;

Q: Does this light pad have USB port and can connect to the computer?

A: Yes, we can provide the light board with USB port. We also have the ones that internal battery operated. But the size can't be very big.

Q: What's the MOQ of the order?

A: Small qty order accepted, MOQ 1pc.

Q: Does this tracing lightbox has dimmable LED lighting?

A: Yes, all models have dimmable LED lighting, easy and safe to eyes when application.

Q: Our voltage is 220V, can this be used in my country?
