Production Process

Step 1.

We choose the importing Japan Mitsubishi acrylic sheet as raw material, which has best lighting transmittance and least thickness thickness tolerance.

Step 2.

Cutting the material into the size required. Arrange the front-panel printing accordingly. Can be either with or without printing measurement, with customized logo etc.

Step 3.

Preparing the LED strip for the light box. Can be customized according to brightness or color temperature requirements.

Step 4.

Welding the LED strip and Touch Control Switch for the tracing light pad.

Step 5.

Assembling the complete tracing light pad in the Dust-Free Workshop.

Step 6.

Quality Testing, Cleaning and Packaging as required..
