A4: First,please offer your logo design drawing and the position of the logo,next we will make a 

sample,then sample picture or send sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go ahead for mass

Q5: How about your packaging? Can you offer OEM packaging?
A5: Carton packing or wooden frame packing without fumigation. Yes, OEM packing also welcomed.

Q6: What's the lead time?
A6: For samples is 3~7 days,mass production time is 10~30 days(depends on your quantity).

Q7: How about your after sales-service?

A7: 1.Warranty: six months.

2.Maintenance policy: If there is defective in warranty, please collect them together and send pictures

 to us,we will offer technical supports and spare parts according to the condition, and to discuss how
