1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company? 
A:We are manufacture with professional performance in this field for more than ten years.

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A:Our factory is located in Ningbo City, zhejiang Province, China, about 4hours bus ride from Shanghai .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

3.Q:Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem. 

4.Q:How can I get some samples? 
A:1.We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you. But you need to charge for the courier fee. And we only support to send to foreign countries, not representative office domestic. 

2.Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

5.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A:"Quality is priority?  
1.All raw material we used are environmental-friendly; 
2.Skilful workers care every details in handling the producing and packing processes; 
3.Quality Control Department specially responsible for quality checking in each process   

Trade Terms

1.Payment:30% T/T deposit payment in advance,balance against copy of B/L,western union,escrow,L/C,etc.

2.Delivery time:45 days after deposit payment.

3.Shipping methods:ocean or air transportation.

4.FOB shipping port: NINGBO China.

5.If you want to deal with EXW/CIF/CFR/… term instead of FOB,please specify.Otherwise,FOB price will be quoted under inquiry.
