2.Functions and characteristic

A. No need to send anyone to read the meter. The user need to charge the meter via IC card before using. It could solve the problem of fees issue of the scattered residents, temporally users and always debts users. The software could record the users' information, it will be very convenient to manage the all users.

B. It opens the switch when the electricity is zero and reminds user to recharge. After recharging the electricity, it close switch. There are three ways to close switch: 1.insert card 2. press keys3.

 automatic closing switch one minute later. These ways can be set through infrared and RS485 communication.

C. It opens switch when the power is over limit: The ways are same as point 2. But it has to be less than the times of over power limit of switch opening.

D. Warning threshold of balance electricity: The threshold is for electricity warning (set through infrared or RS485 communication).

E. It can prevent from the electricity energy accumulated: the recharge value can’t exceed the threshold accumulated value of preset .Sum of The recharge value and balance value can’t exceed the limit value of the meter(999999.99KWh)

F. After power-off, it can keep the total electricity, Remain electricity, impulse quantity ,and other data can be saved synchronously when the meter works.
