Stable Performance Spiral Classifier

 According to the spiral blade at the flooding end, there are two type Spiral classifiers:

1.stable performance Spiral  Classifier: the top side of spiral blade is higher than the flooding level and the center of the blade is lower than the flooding level. This type is used for classification of ore with flooding size between 0.83-0.15.

2.Stable performance Spiral Classifier: the whole spiral blade is immersed in the flooding level of the flooding end. The type is used for classification of ore with flooding size between 0.15-0.07mm.

Working Principle of Spiral Classifier

This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. The machine's lifting equipment can be used manually or electronically.

The working principle of the grader is that different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. The fine ore granularities floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom and discharge from the upper part by spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe. The base of the machine adopts a channel steel and the body adopts welded steel plate. The water inlet of spiral axle and axle head adopt pig iron cover for wear proofing and long life operation. The lifting equipment has two types, manual control and electric control.
