This kind of machine is suitable for slitting BOPP, PET, PVC, POF, printing composite film and aluminum film and other rolling materials.
The main motor adopts Japan Panasonic frequency converter, magnetic powder tension controller equipped on rewinding device (increase by degree ), constant tension controller on unwinding device, photoelectric PLC auto-correcting edge device, preset meter and auto stop function.

1.This machine adopts DC motor to keep stable speed when increasing speed. ( Inverter speed controller is optional)
2.It has function of auto meter counting and alarming etc.
3.The rewinding part is equipped with A&B air shafts for easy unloading operation;
4.The unwinding part is equipped with auto EPC system for proper slitting for some abnormal materials.
5.The waste edge is slitted by straight blade and then automaticall rewinding
Materials are loaded manually with air shaft(3” inch air shaft cores)
