For the purpose of providing the finest PE Conduit Pipes to our clients, we engage in using high grade raw materials and modern machines in their manufacture. Owing to this, the offered products are highly insulated, have a superior flexibility and commendable strength. In addition, the offered products are priced at the best rate possible, making them highly applauded and asked for in the market.
Features:
- Commendable flexibility
* Superior insulation
* Impeccable
CIC (Cable In Conduit) PE.
Applications include DOT, street or airport lighting projects, coax and fiber optic cable for the telecom, CCTV security, FTTH, and CATV industries, power utility, command/control wiring for pipelines and irrigation systems, and most recently wind and solar farms.
Features:
- Commendable flexibility
- Superior insulation
- Impeccable strength
Advantages of PE Conduit:
- PE conduit delivers significant physical property advantages over other conduit materials:
Ductility:
- Tough, PE conduit will better resist brittleness with age or cold weather.
Continuous Coils:
- Fewer joints ideal for directional drilling and plowing
- Greater flexibility in system design
Flexibility:
- Follows the trench contours
- Can be installed around obstacles underground
- PE conduit bends and flexes without breakage, even with ground heaves or shifts, over a wide range of temperatures.
Coefficient of Friction (COF):
- 30% lower than PVC
- Improves the effectiveness of lubrication
- Longer pull lengths so manholes are placed farther apart
Resistant to:
- Chemical: Resistance to corrosive chemicals/ aggressive soils
- Corrosion: HDPE is non-conducting
- Bacterial: No host nutrients for bacterial/ fungal growth
Temperature Range:
- Remains ductile at low temperatures
- PE withstands low temperature impact better than any other material. This is illustrated by impact testing on PE conduit conditioned at 4ºF as compared to other materials conditioned at 73ºF.
- PE conduit can be installed over an ambient temperature range of -30ºF to 180ºF. Power conductors rated at 90ºC and medium voltage cable rated at 105ºC are permitted for use with PE Conduit.
Field of Application And Uses:
- Optic fiber cable, telecommunication (telephone, CATV, dtat transmission)
- CIC (Cable In Conduit) HDPE.
- Applications include DOT, street or airport lighting projects, coax and fiber optic cable for the telecom, CCTV security, FTTH, and CATV industries, power utility, command/control wiring for pipelines and irrigation systems, and most recently wind and solar farms.
