  A:Our factory is located in Chaozhou City ,Guangdong Province,China,about 3 hours high-speed rail from Guangzhou and about 40 minutes taxi ride from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport.All our clients, from home or abroad ,are warmly welcome to visit us!

2. Q:What are your main products?

  A:We are manufacturer and supplier of specializing in sanitary ware, such as  ceramic toilet ,squat pan W.C ,ceramic basin,bathroom cabinet ,toilet seat cover and the relative sanitary ware products.

3.Q:What material you are producing now?

  A:Our material is ceramic. 

4.Q: Can we get your free samples?

  A: Yes,you can get our free samples.Our samples are only free for the

customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer’s account.

5.Q:Is it possible to add client's logo on the products ?

  A:Yes,OEM service is acceptable.

6.Q:Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order ?

  A: Yes,you can.But the quantity of each ordered item should be very close to our MOQ and only maximum 4 items assorted are followed per 20ft container, 8 items per 40ft container.

7.Q:What is the normal lead time?

  A:Our lead time of most items can be shipped within 30 to 45 days.

8.Q:What is your payment term?

  A:1)100% L/C at sight;

  2)30% advance T/T,70% before shipment.
