Clear water-based coating non-stick coating and is engineered to reduce the ability of other stickers or material to stick on the surface either on smooth or rough surface.

Protect all types of surface that are challenged to these types of stickers and weather proof, long lasting and a perfect solution against vandalism.

TECHNICAL DATA

Consumption : approx. 75g/m² - smooth and non-absorbing substrate

Drying Time : Touch dry in 1 hour at 20°C/50% rel. air humidity

APPLICATION

- All surfaces shall be cleaned with dry cloth before coating, free from all stickers (if any). Grease or dirt, dust and stain shall be cleaned with mild detergent as recommended by the manufacturer.

- Any cement stain and glue shall be scrap off.

- Check and inspect the apply surface and confirm that the surface are clean, then proceed to apply "WinPeel" Non-Stick Coating using spray, hand brush or roller to a minimum thickness of 100 microns (0.1mm). In general, approximate of 2 layers of coatings shall be sufficient to achieve the required thickness.

- Any damage or insufficient thickness were then done by re-painting/re-coating the surface to achieve the required thickness. All re-painting/re-coating shall be done after dry (min 2 hours) on dry and shiny days. Do not coat on wet surface.
