Q1: How should a player play 2015 hot sale heavy jump rope?
A: The player needs to use right hand to grab the handle with switch. The switch should be on the up side and a little bit towards to the player’s body. The rope should be positioned to the back of player’s feet. Before jumping, press the switch to turn ON. Then, LED would be shining. The player needs to shake the handle and make the rope move from back to the front. After finish jumping, press the switch again to turn OFF.
How to size heavy jump rope
- Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot
- Pull the handles straight up making sure the rope is taut.
- For beginners, the top of the handles should reach close to the shoulder.
- For experienced jumpers, the top of the handles should reach the armpit or below.
- For double unders, the top of the handles should reach the nipple line.
Getting Ready to Jump now:
Eagle Pose - Rope behind your body, arms extended out to the sides- like a soaring eagle.
Ready Position - Bring eagle arms to the front of your body - arms straight in front of you, even with your belly button. Rope pulled tight against the back of your legs.
Swing and Catch - From Ready Position, swing your arms downward toward the ground, then up, so the rope swings over your head making a nice arc. When the rope hits the ground, lift your toes and try and catch it.
