1. We will ship all your order within 3 working days after receiving your payment. 

    Otherwise, we will state it in the invoice in advance.

2. Ship via your shipping account (DHL / FEDEX / UPS / TNT or others) as your instruction. 

   Or Ship via our shipping account (We have good relationship with DHL and FEDEX with very special freight).

3. Regarding the declared value on the package for customs clearance, 

    we are pleased to follow your wishes, just feel free to inform us when ordering.

Q:.Can i order a sample before quantity order? And what’s the deliver Time of sample order?

A:Yes, sure.Our company accept sample order before large order. As normal. We have some samples in stock of each model .so we will send the sample order within 1 working days.

Q: Can you accept paypal or escrow for sample order?if not, which payment do you accept?

A:Sorry, Our company is not retailer,we are wholesaler.paypal or escrow is not accept. As the payment terms, we prefer Bank transfer,western Union or cash.

Q:How many days will arrive to our country?

A:Based on our experience, as normal it takes about 3-5days will arrive to your country.

Q:How about the warranty? And if the products is broken what can we do for it?

A:1 year. But if client break it by himself.it’s out of our warranty.when you found there is a problem 

 with the products. Pls inform us. if we could slove it with some ideas or software. we could help you to do that. If client can’t repair itthere, we suggest send it back,we will replace a new one.and send it back
