HEAT STABILITY

The following table shows the percentage of weight loss of Silpowder 200 and Silpowderl 500 after heating to 350°C and 900°C.

First,plastic modified additives
Spherical silicon resin powder is added in plastic, which can improve the comprehensive performance of plastic products: flame retardant, improve the shock resistance, slip resistance, formability, release force.

Second, paint, printing ink additives
Spherical silicon resin powder aqueous dispersion prepared by alkanolamide nonionic surfactant active agent  ,which can be used as luster adjusting agent of the water-based coating , coating film yogon.

Three, light diffusion plate, the application of the LCD panel

AMS and Methyl styrene copolymer, with a small amount of spherical silicon resin powder, optical diffuser plate after the extrusion granulation, injection molding production, which have better light and balance of spread than poly (methyl methacrylate, polycarbonate or polystyrene) , and wet resistance, heat resistance, good light fastness, can be used for LCD backlight diffusion plate.

Four, cosmetic powder materials
In cosmetics, especially foundation cream, lipstick ,colour makeup, body powder and so on , cooperate with spherical powder, silicon resin can improve the adhesion of the skin and extensibility, make the skin feel smooth and moist.
