1. Good grain uniformity without crack-like apperance is the basic apperance of a high quality wheel.
2. Superior packaging and anti-couterfeiting labeling are the differences between certified products and fake products.
3. The lower static unbalance value, the better the wheel is. For sure the producing difficulty will be bigger.
4. The general rule of cutting and grinding: low cutting or grinding ratio and abrasion come from too hard wheels. Low ratio and high abrasion are the result of bad raw material used. Excellent quality includes higher efficiency and ratio, less abrasion as well as good hand feeling to cut or grind.

For different materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, glass and stone etc., we choose different types of abrasive wheels according to the different density and heat generating condition of wheel materials. In market, there are special abrasive wheels for glass and stone. Abrasive wheels with low thickness or zirconia grains are for copper, aluminum and solid stainless steel. Abrasive wheels with high hardness are for carbon steel and stainless steel (hollow) to increse the lifetime. As for solid round steel and cast steel, we should choose the type with not high hardness so that if can work successfully.

Storage

Storage and Transportation:
1. Transport with complete packaging, no collision, not be exposed in damp for long and keep away from alkali objects.
2. Pile flat, no incline and pressure to avoid deformation.
3. Avoid piling on ground directly, piles on wood pallets, 10-15cm high away from the ground and less than 1m height.
4. Use the products according to expiry date and the general rules of first out, to ensure that the best usage period.
5. Products over one year should be re-tested rotary speed and strength, checked apperance before using.
